Your use of the Black Swan State Theatre Company website, including any of the content or materials on it, is governed by these terms and conditions. Your use of this website signifies your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Black Swan State Theatre Company makes information available on the understanding that people exercise their own skill and care in its use. The information is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.
• Black Swan State Theatre Company aims to ensure that the quality of its service to customers is accurate and reliable however changes in circumstances may occur after the time of publication with performance details on this site subject to change without prior notice.
• Seating map of the Heath Ledger Theatre in the State Theatre Centre of WA available for download on this website is not to scale. This seating map should be used as a guide only.
• Black Swan State Theatre Company is not responsible for the content of any linked sites.
• By logging on to our website, you will be assuming all risks associated with the use of this site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which may be transmitted or activated via the Black Swan State Theatre Company site or your access to it.
• In no event shall Black Swan State Theatre Company be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use of the material.

All tickets purchased are subject to the following conditions. This includes tickets purchased on the internet, by telephone, mail, email, and fax or in person from the Black Swan State Theatre Company office.
• Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged except as provided in the Entertainment Industry Code of Practice and the conditions of sale as outlined by the Venue and Ticketing Agent [Black Swan State Theatre Company] or Agency [BOCS Ticketing]. The service charge of $6.60 [AUD] is not refundable.
• Black Swan State Theatre Company will endeavour to advise customers if a performance is re-scheduled or cancelled. Black Swan State Theatre Company or via its ticket agency BOCS Ticketing will advise a Ticket Holder if they are entitled to entry into a re-scheduled event. If an event is cancelled or abandoned by Black Swan State Theatre Company, and not re-scheduled, refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Black Swan State Theatre Company.
• Black Swan State Theatre Company reserves the right to vary advertised programs, to add, withdraw or substitute artists where necessary.
• The right of admission is reserved. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the performance venue management or Black Swan State Theatre Company Stage Management.
• No person of any age will be admitted without a valid ticket of admission.
• Tape recorders, video cameras, camera/phones, cameras may not be brought into the performance and all pagers and mobile telephones must be turned off before entry.
• Black Swan State Theatre Company and its ticketing agent BOCS Ticketing, collect your individual information in case of an event cancellation or change. Black Swan State Theatre Company will use your contact details to supply you with flyers and material about future Black Swan State Theatre Company events. If you do not wish to receive material, please contact us in writing to Black Swan State Theatre Company, PO Box 337, Northbridge Western Australia 6865, street address 182 William Street, Perth Western Australia 6000 or email information@bsstc.com.au.

SUBSCRIPTION TICKET COLLECTION
• When booking online, tickets will be dispatched by post within 2-3 weeks. When you complete an online purchase you will receive a copy of the ticketing receipt for your records. Tickets can only be posted to Australian addresses.
• If you are a Black Swan State Theatre Company 2012 Subscriber and are purchasing additional tickets online or you are subscribing online and there is not sufficient time for postage i.e. less than 2 weeks before an event, these tickets or the tickets to the first performance of the subscription package can be collected from the performance venue 30 minutes prior to the performance start time.
• When you book with Black Swan State Theatre Company you are required to provide your name, age, address, credit card details, telephone number(s) and email address. This information allows us to fulfil your subscription ticket or individual request, track your order and contact you if necessary regarding your booking.
• Tickets for addresses outside Australia will only be available to collect from the venue on the day of the performance.
PRIVACY POLICY
Black Swan State Theatre Company collects personal information, which you provide to us. This information includes your name, home or work address, age, phone number, email address and information about products and/or services which are of interest to you. If you contact us we may also keep a record of that contact.
Black Swan State Theatre Company uses your personal information to make contact with you when necessary in connection with the transaction entered into by you. This information is also provided to our ticketing agent BOCS Ticketing and/or the performance venue management. We also collect your individual information in case of event cancellation or change or forward to you flyers and material on future Black Swan State Theatre Company events.

Black Swan State Theatre Company collects personal financial information to confirm the identity of users and bill customers for ticket purchases. Unique identifiers [such as membership or credit card numbers] are collected from you to verify identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. When you make a purchase on this site, you consent to provide your financial or contact information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies and financial institutions.
SECURITY
Black Swan State Theatre Company undertakes to take reasonable steps necessary to ensure that information is secure from any unauthorised access or disclosure. The site has security measures in place to protect loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Black Swan State Theatre Company’s online subscription/ticket booking form is hosted in a secure server environment and your personal details will not be disclosed when entering online.
When asked to enter your personal details such as credit card numbers your web browser will show a closed padlock icon indicating that information is secure and that no third party can access the information from the time it leaves your computer to the time it reaches our server.
Every credit card purchase you make on the Black Swan State Theatre Company website is processed via secure server technology.
