Work Experience, Internships & Secondments
Work Experience
As we are a relatively small company, we do not have the resources to take on many high school students for work experience.
We have carefully selected four weeks in 2012 where we feel a student will enjoy their experience and have the chance to spend time viewing rehearsals, assisting with props sourcing and seeing how the behind the scenes staff promote, design and get a script from page to stage. Students will also spend one day with the staff from the State Theatre Centre of WA receiving an extensive personalised venue tour plus so much more. In 2012 we will be offering four work experience placements, each for one week:
- 12 – 16 March: applications close 27 Feb
- 21 - 25 May: applications close 7 May
- 11 - 15 June: applications close 28 May
- 13 – 17 August: applications close 30 July

Internships

Secondments
We accept WAAPA secondments throughout the year. Applicants are selected on a case by case basis in the following areas:
