Individual tickets to all Black Swan productions can be purchased through Ticketek:

If you are doing it over the phone and need to buy tickets that are not Standard (ie Concession, Student, etc), at the automated prompts say "agent" until you are transferred to an agent.

All tickets purchased through Ticketek are subject to Ticketek’s Terms and Conditions. As per Ticketek's terms of sale, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the booking is complete.
Lost Tickets
If you booked your tickets through Ticketek and have lost them, they can be replaced with a Lost Ticket Voucher available from the Venue Box Office 1 hour prior to show time. An administration fee of $10 will be charged by Ticketek.
Only the credit card holder is entitled to collect the Lost Ticket Voucher upon presentation of their credit card used to make the booking.
Entertainment Book Voucher
Currently Entertainment Book vouchers can only be redeemed at Ticketek agencies (not over the phone or online). A list of Ticketek agencies can be found here. To redeem your voucher, please go to a convenient agency location and purchase your tickets. You must hand over your voucher to receive your tickets.
