The Season

When purchasing individual tickets, secondary and tertiary students must show student identification. Discounted ticket prices are also available for The HotBed Ensemble productions at PICA.

Primary, secondary and tertiary students are entitled to discounted tickets for Black Swan State Theatre Company’s five Playhouse Theatre productions for 2010 (The Sapphires, The Swimming Club, The Clean HouseTwelfth Night and Madagascar) and The HotBed Ensemble productions at PICA (The Shape Of Things and Yellow Moon).

When purchasing individual tickets, secondary and tertiary students must show student identification.

Student Ticket Prices

Student Ticket Price for Playhouse  Theatre Productions: $19.95
Student Ticket Price for PICA Productions: $17.50

School Group Bookings

Teachers and lecturers are able to make a group booking through BOCS Ticketing. With every group student booking, teachers and lecturers will be sent a complimentary Education Resource Kit developed by Black Swan State Theatre Company's Education Manager. For every 10 students booked 1 teacher/lecturer receives a complimentary ticket (maximum 10 complimentary tickets issued).

School Subscription packages

A school subscription package for 10 or more students provides a valuable and cost effective way for middle and upper secondary students to experience a wide range of theatre performances at discounted ticket prices. A group of 10 or more students can select two or three shows from the subscription season. Please note that advance payment is required for subscription bookings. The maximum number of complimentary subscriptions issued is 5.

Option A
4 PLAY SUBSCRIPTIONS  
A group of 10 or more students can select 4 Playhouse Theatre seasons for only $74 per student or 3 Playhouse Theatre   seasons and 1 PICA season for only $72 per student.

Option B
3 PLAY SUBSCRIPTIONS
A group of 10 or more students can select 3 Playhouse Theatre seasons for only $56 per student or 2 Playhouse Theatre seasons and 1 PICA season for only $54.40 per student.

Option C
2 PLAY SUBSCRIPTIONS
A group of 10 or more students can select 2 Playhouse Theatre seasons for only $38 per student or 1 Playhouse Theatre seasons and 1 PICA season for only $36.40 per student.
