Our office is open 10:00 – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. There is a buzzer to entry on William St, next to Chi Cho Gelato.

If you feel unwell before a show, we ask that you please stay home in order to keep our community safe. Please contact us by email or phone prior to the show and we can assist with a credit on account or gift voucher that can be used towards a future Black Swan show.

If you have lost your ticket, we will reprint it for collection at the venue on the evening of the performance, this may incur a fee of $3.95 per ticket.

Requests for refunds and exchanges will be granted at the discretion of Black Swan in accordance with the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice, and may incur a small fee of $3.95 per transaction. As part of the terms and conditions of service, you will need provide your name and phone number or email address as a minimum requirement. If you are purchasing tickets online, you will need to provide a mailing address, please be aware that we will not post tickets to an overseas address. Each show has a different age recommendation and not all shows may be suitable for someone under the age of 18. You can see the recommended age for a show in the Event Details section on the show's play page. Please ensure the show is suitable for the age of your child before booking.
